MP3s: Bastille

I never would have thought to cover TLC's "No Scrubs" and mash it up with The xx, some strings, and samples from Hitchcock's horror classic, Psycho. Not only does South London band Bastille do this, they are surprisingly successful. "No Angels" comes from Bastille's intriguing shitty-pop-song-cover-mash-up mixtapes, Other People's Heartache, Part 1 & 2. Below, you can download both parts for free and listen to "No Angels," which is included in Part 2. Enjoy. Also, February's first LetMeGet playlist is coming very very soon.

MP3s: Arnoux

Here's some cool stuff from an Italian band called Arnoux. All of it isn't great, but the EPs are quite variegated, so be sure to give it all a listen. The first EP in the series, The Magic of L'Amour, is probably the weakest, but they're all here for you to check out. All three are available for free (or for however many euros you wish to spend) from their website. Just follow the download links below. Enjoy! -LMGM
