The Daily Dose: Music every day. It's good for you.
Yesterday, Wave Racer, Australian and self-proclaimed fan of "vocoders and arpeggios," dropped a remix of Flight Facilities's recent "Stand Still," taking the whistling line from the rather mellow groove of the original and making it the centerpiece of the much more explosive beat. Check it out below, as well as Wave Racer's remix of Panama's fabulous "Always" if you haven't.

The Daily Dose: ceo - "Hold My Liquor (Kanye West Cover)"
The Daily Dose: Music (almost) every day. It's good for you.
Eric Berglund, AKA ceo, released "Whorehouse," the first single from his upcoming album WONDERLAND and his first musical offering since 2010's White Magic late last month. Earlier today, he released another track, this time a strange rendition of Kanye West's "Hold My Liquor" that features Justin Vernon and Chief Keef and veers rather sharply away from the original. Listen and download for free below.
Also, apologies for the inconsistent uploads. There's all the work that needs to be done this time of year, but I'll try to keep the music coming.

The Daily Dose: Grouplove - "Ways to Go (Xaphoon Jones Finale Remix)"
The Daily Dose: Music every day. It's good for you.
A couple days ago, Xaphoon Jones added his remix of Grouplove's "Ways to Go" to the many remixes of the song (by the likes of The Knocks and Thom Alt-J) already out there . Apparently this is Xaphoon Jones's last remix, though he'll continue to produce music under the moniker Noah Breakfast. Listen below.

The Daily Dose: Mad Decent's A Very Decent Christmas
The Daily Dose: Music every day. It's good for you.
It may only be the first week of December, but lights, Christmas trees, and infinite renditions of holiday classics are already ubiquitous. What better way to celebrate an early Christmas than with Mad Decen't EP, A Very Decent Christmas, featuring the likes of Diplo and DJ Snake? As the description on the SoundCloud page says,
Crunch, Crunch…Crunch, Crunch…. What’s that on the roof? Is it a burglar or a vagrant? A vacuum salesman or a Sasquatch? Damn look, it’s Santa on his sleigh with Kraang and the faded Jeffree’s mascot tossing out Christmas dub plates for the entire land.
Check it out below. Merry Christmas?

The Daily Dose: MSMR - Think of You (HAERTS Remix)
The Daily Dose: Music every day. It's good for you.
About a week ago, HAERTS dropped a remix MS MR's "Think of You" whose urgent synths are interrupted only by some lulling vocals from HAERTS's very own Nina Fabi. Listen below (and download RAC's remix here if you haven't!).
